How Many Toilets And Showers Does A Campsite Need?

There's no single legal minimum set out in UK legislation, but the Model Standards for licensed caravan and camping sites (issued under the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960) provide widely adopted guidance. As a general rule, one toilet per 30 pitches and one shower per 30 pitches is considered a reasonable starting point, though many operators aim for a higher ratio to improve guest satisfaction. Yes. As well as refurbishing existing facilities, we design and build new campsite shower blocks from the ground up.
