What the client asked for

Like most school projects, Greenwood Primary needed a space which would last years to come and above all, is easy and practical for the students to use throughout the day. Their team requested a simple, modern space which facilitated the children in regard to cubicles, vanity units, flooring and IPS units, elements which all come together to form a usable and reliable area. In terms of design, the school wanted a simplistic approach which was appropriate for all ages so a minimal colour palette was preferred. The school also requested popular features such as push taps as these are easy for students to use and are beneficial in terms of water waste and sustainability.

What we achieved

Once Greenwood Primary mapped out all their ideas to us, we knew exactly where to start! We managed to create a space which is appropriate for everyone in terms of aesthetics and usage, incorporating a simple colour palette of pale blue, white and silver hardware. We spaced the washroom out so there was plenty of room for privacy, installing a line of fully functioning school cubicles, a large open sink basin and pre-plummed IPS units throughout for maximum cleanliness and safety.

The cubicles and vanity units were then fitted out with top-quality fixtures including automated push taps, push flushes and electric hand dryers. We also installed practical, hygienic and easily maintained flooring which will help to keep the washroom alive.
